BOAT NOMINATION & CREW LISTAs per GBYC SI 2 and part of Geographe Bay Yacht Club Insurance & Risk Management Program, boat nomination and crew details are compulsory and must be completed prior to participating in any race. This must be done at least 30 minutes before the first warning signal for your fleet.

It is the responsibility of the Skipper to ensure that their crew are financial members of GBYC and to provide their full details as indicated below.

First Time Sailors: GBYC encourages first time sailors and offers three (3) races at no cost provided participants REGISTER HERE for a SAILPASS (as a Temporary member).

Cruisers are required to fill in their nomination card and send a photo to nominations@gbyc.com.au prior to the start of the race with all crew memebers on board. Nomination card
